The place is very nice and the cheapest in the market compare to the size and cleanliness. It's super new! Perfect water pressure and no molds. There is a balcony which can step out from every rooms, very large one.

-Safe area- Most of the people in this building are family. We have a group chat where everyone helps to keep this place safe, and they are very supportive. It is located beside the main street and a bus stop.

-Cheap supermarket- Asda is next to the building. There are B&M and big Tesco nearby, you can walk from here.

-Next to Big park - Burgess Park, there are tennis cords and football pitches, good for walking your dog.

-Transport- Bus is in front of the house and take 5-10mins to tube. 15 mins to City of London

-Pet-friendly- The balcony is a solid balustrades, so your pet cannot jump down. I have a Pomeranian dog named Maru. very welcomed pet

About Me- I'm Joy from Thailand, studying in LCC at Elephant and Castle. My 4 years old Pomeranian, Maru, is also from Thailand. He's a bit shy in this new place, but he's a total cutie and well-behaved. You can leave him alone, and he won't be a bother at all. I'm not super picky about my new flatmate, just as long as you're cool with Maru and keep our shared spaces tidy.
