Looking for someone to join my wonderful housemates and take on my sunny room.
House: 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large front and back garden. My room is a spacious double that fits a desk for WFH, it will be unfurnished except a double wardrobe. The house came unfurnished although we have filled it, any additions welcome.
Location: Just off Bellenden road (nice restaurants, shops) and 8 mins walk max to Peckham Rye Station or 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye Common. Lidl is also a 10 min walk away.
Landlord: Private landlord who is lovely and efficient/helps us with any issues we have quickly.
Housemates: Ewan is 31 and works in sales, Tommy is 30 and is a lawyer. A message from them:
'We both WFH and in our offices. We also met on spareroom and get on super well, we like having friends over for bbq’s, going to gigs, running, venturing to our local pub (The Montpelier) for their pub quiz and also looking for someone to join our weekly trip to our local coffee shop on Fridays.'
Rent is £900 and bills including broadband are £124.
