East Dulwich - Double room, garden facing

A clean, cosy and recently redecorated double room (furniture optional), with fridge, available within a friendly live-in landlord house share

Currently available and photographed without furniture, as my previous housemate had his own, the room is on the first floor and next to a bathroom (most likely shared with one other in the near future). I do have a double bed along with various other items of furniture if required

The property is a spacious semi-detached Victorian house with garden located in Bellenden Village close to both East Dulwich (9 min walk) and Peckham Rye stations (13 min walk). Bus stops are a few minutes’ walk away and serve the West End, Victoria and Clerkenwell via Elephant & Castle

The ground floor is predominantly open plan, with a large designer kitchen and dining area which opens onto a private patio and sunny Southwest facing garden

Bills are currently shared between two, most likely three at some point in the future, at around £75 each per month. Residents parking is available outside at a small cost for drivers

If you are not familiar with East Dulwich, it’s an affluent area in Southeast London (Zone 2) with a somewhat larger quota of over caffeinated yummy-mummies and their Porsche Cayenne’s, need I say anymore!

Friendly and bustling Lordship Lane is just a few minutes’ walk away, with plenty of eateries, bars, independent coffee ‘n’ cake shops (most vegan friendly). There’s a large M&S, larger Sainsburys, a Co-Op, Tesco local and a second M&S, yes we have two! There’s even a small food market on Northcross Road on Saturday’s. East Dulwich gym and pool is close by and for runners, Peckham Rye Common is around the corner
