I'm Gio, the current flatmate in this apartment. I'm a 32-year-old Italian professional working as a photographer/videographer.

Miriam and I are in search of our next flatmate, as the current occupant will be leaving in mid-April.

Our three-bedroom flat is located in Peckham SE15.

Bills are included, except for gas and electricity, which will be split among the three occupants, averaging £80 to £100 per person per month, depending on the season.

Additionally, the flat has two storage spaces where you can store your unused items and suitcases.

- 15 minutes walk or 8 minutes by bike to Peckham Rye station
- 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop
- 5 minutes walk to UAL University
- 10 minutes walk to Peckham Road, where you can find Costa, Lidl, KFC, McDonald's, Poundland, Sports Direct, Tesco, Iceland, vegetable, meat, and fish markets, and many more shops.

The nearest off-license, closing at 11 pm, is a 3-minute walk away, and there's a 24-hour one just a 10-minute walk away.
