I am renting out the second bedroom in my duplex apartment right by Peckham Rye.
The room has a king-size bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. It is west-facing and gets wonderful evening sun. It comes furnished but I can be flexible if you want to bring your own furniture. The house has an office room which we can share for WFH, and a nice balcony looking east towards Peckham Rye. The location is great: a short walk to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Stations, with amazing shops/bars on Rye Lane, Lordship Lane, and Bellenden Road very close. I've recently renovated the whole place having bought it late last year.
The deal:
£900 per month, not including bills. Bills (gas, water, elec, internet, CT) are roughly £135 per month. Council Tax Band C.
About me:
I'm not a massive party animal but love filling my time with climbing, trips out to pubs/restaurants/galleries/cinemas, meeting new people, and hosting my friends for the occasional dinner party. I also like to keep things tidy (as the pics probably show.....) No permanent pets yet, but I'm happy to host visiting fluffballs!
