The room will be furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, mirror, and my large Monstera plant! The room is bright with large double glazed windows.
You would be living with my two housemates, Steve and Andy, both professionals and hybrid working from home/ office. They are both friendly, sociable lads who enjoy their own time but also chilling in the communal lounge watching sports, films, and TV. The flat has separate kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. It is on the second floor with no disabled access. You can use the shared roof terrace.
The location is perfect for somebody who wants to enjoy relaxing on The Rye park, or enjoying food and drinks at the many bars and restaurants of Peckham which are always buzzing during the summer months!
The rent includes bills - water, electricity, broadband, council tax for the month.
