£650 room available in sociable flat from 8th July

£650 p/m room available in Peckham flat from 8th July! Looming for someone as soon as possible!

My two flatmates will me moving out at the end of our contract, but I would like to stay and renew for another year. I have already found someone for the larger room, but still looking for someone for the smaller one. Bills including council tax and WiFi come to around £110 a month.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. (The pole will be moving lol). There is a lovely spacious living room with a nice balcony which is good to hang out in.

The flat is literally right next to Peckham Rye, which is very nice in the summertime. Rye Lane is 5 minutes walk away, which has lots of bars, shops, restaurants. Dulwich is also very close so there is no shortage of fun things to do nearby. There is also a leisure centre close by which you can use for free on weekends. The area is well connected: Rye Lane overground Station is a 10ish minute walk away and we are close to several bus stops.

I'm looking for flatmates who also want to be friends and create a nice homely vibe.
A bit about me; I'm 23 years old and I work in politics (2-3 days in the office). In my free time I like poledancing, guitar, reading, and occasional festivals and raves. I like living in London and always want to try something new, so looking for similar adventurous and sociable people.
