Lovely double room ; PR/East Dulwich - Family home

Lovely double room available in a family home for a female (as the room is on the same floor as teen daughter's room) It has a desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage. The room is available from February.. The house is in Zone 2 and is just off the lovely Bellenden road. Excellent transport links: East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations (overland and Windrush line) are both an 8 minute walk in either direction. King's College hospital is also easily accessible by bus or on foot. The room is a peaceful recently converted loft room that sits at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The loft room bathroom is also pictured here (which would be shared with my 18 year old daughter- but she tends to use the downstairs bathroom anyway). I also have a 15 year old son and a cat. We are all are friendly! The room would suit someone (student or young professional) who has their own life, but also likes the feel of a family home. Bills and WI-FI included.
