Double Bedroom in 3 bed shared house available

Hello all!

We are looking for someone to come join our 3 bed house at the beginning of October!

We are two 26 year old friends from school and are looking to fill the space of our friend who is leaving our rental house. We lived in London for 6 and 2 years respectively and are very social as a house. We would love to have someone who is keen to hang out and explore what Peckham has to offer!

The bedroom has a double bed and has space for a desk so it is possible to wfh and there are two shared bathrooms/showers between the three of us. We also have a decently sized garden which has been great, particularly in the summer months.

The rent is currently 930£ / month and the bills come to ~100£ more per month.

The house is ~ a 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye station which has direct trains to both Victoria and London Bridge in 10-15 minutes as well as being on the overground. If you are a cyclist we have bike storage space in our sheds and it is very easy to get central by bike.
