Sadly my flatmate is moving out in September so I'm looking for someone to move in to our lovely flat. We have been so lucky to spend the last two years in the heart of Peckham and making the most of our massive garden when the weather has allowed it.
The room is technically unfurnished by my flatmate is looking to sell his double ottoman bed frame, with tonnes of storage as well as the large wardrobe.
The flat is just around the corner from Bellenden road and is no more than a 10 minute walk to Rye lane – so lots of food, shopping and places to drink.
You'll be living with me, Karl! I work in advertising and love to be out taking photos or riding my bike. I also love to cook and share meals, so if you do then we are off to a great start. Looking for someone who is easygoing, clean and respectful.
