Hiya, I'm looking one or two people to rent out my two lovely two bedroom flat in Peckham Rye.

In terms of the flat - it has a great open plan kitchen / llving room with a breakfast bar, dining table and tv area. There are two double bedrooms. The first has an en suite, and then there is a second bathroom opposite the second bedroom. The flat is fully furnished including the beds, wardrobes, sofa, and there are desks in both rooms to enable WFH. For storage, the first bedroom has a large built in wardrobe, and the bed in the second bedroom is an Ottoman. There is also a large boiler/storage cupboard.

In terms of location - the ground floor flat opens onto on Peckham Rye common, and is 10 minutes walk to Peckham Rye station, and 15 minutes walk to Lordship Lane, and 20 minutes to East Dulwich Station. There is also two bus stops right outside that can take you a range of places including to Brixton/Clapham Common/Elephant and Castle/Soho.

In terms of practicalities - I am looking for a couple or two professionals who would like to stay for a year, potentially with the option to extend further. EPC Rating A, bills not included.
