- The room is the only one on the top floor of the house, and you'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person. It’s at the back of the house and has lovely views of the city
- The house is on a quiet leafy green residential street 8 mins from East Dulwich station and 12 from Peckham rye station. Lots of great pubs/cafes/shops (iykyk) etc a short walk away on lordship lane/bellenden road
- It’s light, airy and spacious with a sizeable garden

- Current housemates are 26-28;
- Harry - works as a project manager by day, loves squash/gardening/repairing the garden shed
- Greg - data engineer and bike aficionado who cooks enviable food every night
- Emily - works in insurance and spends time making pottery at a local studio
- We all have a mix of wfh/office and we’re lucky to have a nice wfh space downstairs
- Looking for a committed young professional (regrettably no students) of a similar age.
- We're on the search for the final member of our crew - it's a warm, sociable house, and we're looking for someone fun who wants to get stuck in and be a friend, not just a housemate (not looking to be ships in the night!!)
