One room going in cute Peckham Rye flat 💫

Hey!

We have one room going in our flat in Peckham, contract starting from 12th September.

The flat is set across a couple of floors above a cafe/restaurant (which doesn't stay open too late) around a 6 minute walk from Peckham Rye station. It's right in the heart of Peckham on a lovely street full of shops, bars, food and coffee spots, we love living here!!

The room has basic furniture with a bed, built in storage and desk area. It is very cosy, super sunny with lots of nice light from the nice big window, going for £710 per month.

Bills come to approx £80 per month each, that covers gas, electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi. Every six months we have another payment of approx £40 each for water.

Security deposit is going to be approx £836 each but we are waiting confirmation from the landlord.

You'd be sharing with myself, Alice & Ella. We are all in our twenties and work full time. We are creatives - Ella and I work in brand communications and Alice works in production.

We are looking for people in their mid to late twenties who are friendly, tidy, and will enjoy looking after our shared space, which we love to keep feeling as homely as possible!

We enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea, watching TV at home together but we are also very independent, and are looking for people who'll hopefully fit this.

Jessie works from home a couple of days a week preferably in the living room but is very flexible so if you wfh too we can figure something out so we aren't working in our bedrooms!
