Double Room in East Dulwich / Peckham Rye

We’re Ed and George (both 27), we’re looking for someone to join us in our home in East Dulwich / Peckham Rye as our current housemate is sadly moving.

We’re good friends and have lived here together for for the last two years. We both work full time Monday - Friday, mostly in the office but with some wfh flexibility. We’re very social and enjoy hanging out, but we keep a chill and clean home and are respectful of each other’s space.

You would be taking a bright and spacious double room in our lovely three-bedroom flat. It has high ceilings, the best radiator in the joint, and comes part furnished (bed frame, wardrobe, and chest of drawers all included - but expendable if you don’t want them!). We share a great communal kitchen-living area and you would share an upstairs bathroom (with a bathtub and shower) with one other. We also have lovely downstairs neighbours!

We’re in a great spot near Goose Green, less than 10 minutes from East Dulwich Station and 15 from Peckham Rye Station. We’re around the corner from Lordship Lane and only a short walk away from Peckham Rye Park.

The room is £766 per month plus bills (approx £120) and is available from the start of September with some flexibility between the 2nd and the 7th and a required deposit of one month’s rent.

Unfortunately we can’t accept students, couples, or pets.
