Hi I am Jessica
I am moving to Paris and I am looking for a new flatmate to take my room in this 2 bedroom flat. The room has a double bed, plenty of storage under the bed and there is a built-in wardrobe . The other flatmate is French and she works in hospitality usually Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm. You can work from home without problem and use the table in the living room. Calm and safe building, well located , you will find all sorts of shops in the main road. Flat has diswasher , washing machine, oven, microwave.
Minumum 2 months:
The room is available from the 28/09. I am looking for someone to take my contract with Flora, the other flatmate, so there will be a change of tenant in the contract. The minimum stay is 2months , until the 10/12.
After December, you and the other flatmate can leave anytime ,by giving 2 months notice.
If you like the flat, our contract is until March 2026.
The bills are around £150 per month each , including council tax ans wifi.
