Large double room overlooking Peckham Rye

Double room (green paint in pics) in a split level flat overlooking Peckham Rye.

My flatmate of 3 years (since I moved into the place, so she's put up with me for a good stint!) is sadly moving out. The room is unfurnished, but if you need the big items I can look into sorting that out. I'm happy for you to decorate the room as you like, my current housemate painted it to her liking.

The rest of the house is fully stocked/furnished so you won’t need to bring anything other than bedroom furniture. I have a lovely furnished yard with a big bbq and seating and festoon lights which is great to host in. There’s a separate loo downstairs and a really nice view over the park from the bedrooms and kitchen/lounge.

The extremely cute Golden Retriever (Riley) is a permanent fixture. Full disclosure - she does shed, but she's well trained and not allowed on the beds, sleeps downstairs in her den and I have a robo hoover/mop running daily that keeps on top of things. Also she is so worth the hair I promise! I take her to work most days and am happy for you to be as involved/not with her as you like.

I work at a tech startup which has fairly standard hours and a hybrid setup (so sometimes work from the home office/spare room which you are free to also use!). I can be a light sleeper and usually gym in the mornings before work.

The spare room/home office (blue one in pics) has a small double bed that you are welcome to use if you have friends/family to visit and a standing desk setup for you to use if you work from home sometimes.

Looking for someone who is happy to hang out watching a series some of the time but also has their own network/hobbies in London.
