I’m looking for a friendly flatmate at my brilliantly located flat - 7 min walk to East Dulwich station, 12 min walk to Peckham Rye station. Loads of great bus routes. It’s a 5 min walk to Bellenden Road and Lordship Lane for shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes. 5 min walk to a leisure centre with gym, swimming pool and classes.
My place is a 2 bedroom flat with garden which backs onto a wildlife garden. There’s under cover secure bike storage. Street permit parking. I’m the only other person here.
The room is large, light and quiet, and there’s room to work at a desk.
I’m a (young!) 51 year old who enjoys having a flatmate. I work in marketing both at home and at my office in Shoreditch. I’ve got many interest and like hanging out locally as I love the area.
