Spacious En-Suite in Friendly Peckham House

Due to a job change, I am reluctantly leaving this fantastic set up after 5 years in the household.
Room on offer is a spacious and bright en suite amongst 5 other flatmates in a terraced house located on a quiet street just off Bellenden Road, and less than 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station/ Peckham High Street. Furnished with bed / cabinets, it sits on the first floor of the house which otherwise consists of a large open plan kitchen/ diner/ living space (home entertainment set up 10/10), and backs on to a very large garden.

Ranging from 27-30 years old, we have a wide variety of careers and interests, mostly overlapping through shared interests of trash TV, pub trips and sport. A friendly and social bunch, we like to spend time together, whilst also enjoying our own interests and space outside of the group. Ideally we would like someone who fits into this dynamic, and wants to live as part of the household rather than simply occupy a room.

Bills come to approximately £100/ month (internet/ gas & electric/ council tax/ water/ weekly cleaner).
Move in date between 25th-30th October.
