Two rooms available, only due to an opportunity arising for the two current tennants, otherwise wouldnt be leaving 4 lovely flatmates in a terraced house located on a quiet street just off Bellenden Road, and less than 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station/ Peckham High Street. Furnished with bed / cabinets, they sit on the ground floor of the house which otherwise consists of a large open plan kitchen/ diner/ living space, and backs on to a very large garden.

Ranging from 27-30 years old, we have a wide variety of careers and interests, mostly overlapping through shared interests of trash TV, pub trips and sport. A friendly and social bunch, we like to spend time together, whilst also enjoying our own interests and space outside of the group. Ideally we would like someone who fits into this dynamic, and wants to live as part of the household rather than simply occupy a room.

Bills come to approximately £115/ month (internet/ gas & electric/ council tax/ water/ weekly cleaner).
