Peckham Rye | Double Room | Sociable 4 Bed House

Sadly, after many years of fun and silliness, two of our best mates have decided they need to grow up and move onwards into the real world with their other halves, so we have a double room available from the end of November in our spacious 4 bed Peckham Rye house.

We're looking to fill the room ASAP, so have a read and if you're interested please drop us a message with a bit about yourself so we can arrange viewings.

ABOUT US

James/Chez (32): Works for Puma and solely wears Puma. Ginger. Man of simple pleasures. Loves being active, sport/TV, and Bob Mortimer. Incredibly silly.

Alex (35): Architect (obsessed with spending obscene hours doing drawings basically). Loves Asia, the pub, sport/TV, and cooking giant elaborate meals. Also incredibly silly.

Rachael (30): Civil Servant (no idea what that really means). Speaks Northern. Reckons she's into running and can cook a mean curry. Owns a cracking Puma jacket. Probably also silly.

ABOUT YOU

Avoiding the cliche 'must be sociable but also independent', we're simply looking for a similar laid back, like-minded housemate, up for getting stuck in with sharing a bit of cooking / binging a TV series / the odd pub session / night out at the weekend - you know type of thing.

THE HOUSE

Lovely spacious 'period' 4 bed Victorian terraced house on a quiet residential road, with garden.

Available double room is part of your classic roof extension alongside Rachael's room, so you can join her in living like Rapunzel and ruling from the top floor.

BILLS/DEPOSIT

Bills are £118 PCM each. Includes Internet, a bi-weekly cleaner, and all the other shite you need to live/survive.

Deposit is £980 each (the total house deposit divided by 4), and rent is sent combined each month.
