Room for sublet

I am going to Australia to visit my family for Christmas and am renting out my room till the end of February! The room is bright, spacious and the bed is suuuuppper comfy! The flat itself is very modern with loads of light, nice spacious kitchen and living area and a patio!

You would be sharing with my lovely housemate Rosie who works from home. We enjoy watching TV together or going to see comedy or for walks but we also are great at respecting each-others space and need for “down time”. This could be you!

The area is a two minute walk from Peckham Rye station and a two minute walk from loads of nice bars and cafes and restaurants! It’s honestly a dream, we have enjoyed living here so much we want to renew the lease!

Ideally I’d like someone to rent the whole two and a half months that I’m away but also open to shorter lets if the applicant is a good fit 🥰
