You’d be sharing the flat with me – I work in sales and enjoy a good balance of relaxing and being social. I'm into football, gaming, and often grab a drink with friends or watch matches at home. It’s important to me that we get along beyond just living together, so I’d prefer a flatmate who shares similar interests.

Must earn over £30k per year (to pass the reference test).
