5 Weeks In Large 1 Bed Peckham Rye Cat-Sitting

Very cheap short term let for 5 weeks - with resident cats!

I'm going away for just over 5 weeks from Sunday 8th December 2024 - Tuesday 14th January 2025. I have two adorable cats and am looking for someone to come and stay who will be willing to take care of them and the flat, in exchange for very cheap rent - £1000 for the duration of the 5 week stay including bills (subject to reasonable heating/electricity use) - plus a returnable deposit. Flats in this area generally rent for twice this amount so if you're a cat lover this is a great opportunity to have a very cheap place to stay!

The flat is fully furnished and will have my things in so would best suit someone who doesn’t have a huge amount of stuff - but I will clear out my wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom so you can make yourself at home.

The flat is a lovely, large 1 bedroom with a lovely view overlooking Peckham Rye Park - with a shared garden at the back of the house and free parking outside. There is a new very comfy Emma mattress, a large wardrobe, wifi and a TV with most streaming apps. The living room is a great size, there's a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate shower.

Direct transport links from Peckham Rye to London Bridge, Victoria, Kings Cross, Blackfriars - and the orange overground line to Canada Water / Clapham Junction / Shoreditch High Street / Dalston.

I'm looking for someone who's had plenty of experience in rented accommodation, so in their late 20s, 30s or older - and who loves cats obviously! Non smokers only please.
