Double Room Available in Peckham Victorian House

We're looking for a friendly housemate to join our lovely home in Peckham. The house is a large, semi-detached Victorian property with a double living room, a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, and a beautiful big garden.

The room is a bright and airy double with plenty of storage, including a built-in wardrobe and an additional large wardrobe just outside the room on the landing. The room is a great size and comes furnished with an excellent
mattress, bed, mirror, shelving units and has a garden view!

The house is situated just off Bellenden Road, so you'll be seconds away from great shops, restaurants, and pubs. Peckham Rye Station is an easy 8-minute walk, with good transport links.

You'll be sharing with three lovely people:

• A 38-year-old male creative who works for the NHS and teaches juggling. He's into cycling, circus arts, craft beer, and coffee.

• Myself and my partner (27 & 31), who share the other larger room in the house. We're both artists—I'm finishing my MFA this year part-time and work for Somerset House and he is a professional screen printer. I enjoy cooking, reading, and going to the cinema. My partner likes to paint, work in his studio, and hang out with pals.

The room is available from 1st February 2025 (with some flexibility). Bills are not included and come to roughly £95 per month, fluctuating a bit depending on the season.
