Double en suite room in newly renovated maisonette

We have a private double room available in our 2-storey maisonette which comes with a private shower room and access to the communal kitchen, dining and living space as well as the large south facing garden. The room is situated on the ground floor away from our space on the upper floor so is very private. We have all amenities including fast broadband, a brand new kitchen, boiling water tap, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, TV with Netflix, Disney, live football, etc. We can also provide bed linen and towels. We have a home office upstairs which is free to use some days of the week. Home working in the kitchen or dining room is also possible. Our place is not suitable for anyone with a cat allergy as we have a very friendly cat who likes to make new human friends. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. The room is cosy with some storage (one fitted wardrobe) - it wouldn’t suit someone with excess things. The neighbourhood - right between the lovely Peckham Rye and East Dulwich - has easy transport links and lots of green space just around the corner. Bills including a cleaner and council tax (band C) are included. We are a friendly couple who like spending time with our friends and family and have lived in London for 10+ years. We absolutely love the area and would be very happy to share our favourite things we like doing around southeast if you’re new here!
