We are leaving our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat on Rye Lane, a 3 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station. Local gyms and Pilates studio within 5 minutes walking.

We have lived in this flat for 5 years and have made it our home. We have loved every second and would love to be able to continue our tenancy but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances one of us has lost our job and we need to move out asap.

The estate agents are lovely and alway speed to respond to any maintenance issues. We need to move out asap so hoping we can help the estate agents/landlord out buy finding some lovely new tenants.
