Double room by in girly house Peckham rye station

Hey - we’re looking for a 3rd. We’re two girls, we both work with SEN children, both 29. Fairly zen but v much up for pres, pub, hosting friends etc. Residential road, no noise at night. Neither of us are huge chefs so you can spend as much time in the kitchen as you like. Absolutely no judgement of lifestyle etc (variety is the spice of life). We’re looking for move in sometime in Feb but flexible, so talk to us! Bills about 150.

PS so sorry about the lack of room pics, it has fitted wardrobe and windows along the other wall but it’s a mess due to moving out!
