About the flat: light and airy split level 2 bed flat with a separate kitchen and dining/living room. The lounge wall has a projector for watching films/tv which is incredible and available to use, as well as the record player and my collection of vinyl.
About the room: high ceilings with a king size double bed; desk and chair; large triple wardrobe offering tonnes of storage. Room has recently been re-painted so looking good.
The Details: looking for a 3-9 month lease with potential to extend to a year but can be flexible. Price is £1,150 and covers all bills, internet, council tax and the cost of cleaner once a month to do bathrooms/shared spaces. Available now and can be flexible on move in date.
