The flat is set back from the high street behind a gate, so it's very quiet when you get into the building. It also has quite a big communal garden.

I'll be a live in landlord and welcome any length of stay - short-term, long-term or even just a few days per week if required (prices negotiable if less than 7 days a week).

I work in the office 3 days a week - and work from home for the other 2 days during the week.

The flat itself is a new-build (only 4 years old) and you'll have your own bathroom, as shown in pictures (not an en-suite however). The room comes with big double wardrobe – mattress and bed can be provided. Or you can bring your own if you prefer.
