One room going in our Peckham Rye flat! 💫

We have one room going in our flat in Peckham, short term contract starting ASAP and ending on 11th September. (However you will be able to renew the contract and stay for another year from 12th Sept if you like it here 🫶)

Rent is due 12th May so previous tenant is keen to get someone to take over by then. If you move in before / after then we can figure out the difference!

The flat is set across a couple of floors above a cafe/restaurant (which doesn't stay open too late) and is around a 6 minute walk from Peckham Rye station. It's right in the heart of Peckham on a lovely street full of shops, bars, food and coffee spots, we absolutely love living here!

The room has basic furniture including a bed, mattress, desk/shelving unit, desk chair and beside table. It has lots of space, storage and nice light from the big window.

We share a kitchen, living room and we have two bathrooms which are both recently renovated.

Bills come to approx £100-£130 per month each - that covers gas, electricity, council tax, wifi and water.

Security deposit is 5 weeks rent.

You'd be sharing with myself, Niall & Elle. We are all creatives, I work in comms, Niall is a fashion photographer and Elle is an actor/works in hospitality.

We are looking for someone in their mid / late twenties - early 30s who is friendly, tidy, and will enjoy looking after our shared space, which we love to keep feeling as homely as possible!

We enjoy catching up over a cup of tea and watching TV at home together but we are also independent, and are looking for people who'll hopefully fit this.
