Hi! We’re looking for two new housemates to join our lovely flat on Woods Road, just off Queens Road and a short walk to the Overground. The rooms are available anytime from now on mid September and we would love to have them latest sublet by beginning October.

It’s a 3-bed room but one room is currently used for storage. The flat is tucked away on a quiet street next to a primary school and right by Cosall Park, but you’re also just 5 minutes from Copeland Park with all the cafés, bars, food spots, and creative places that make Peckham such a fun area to live in.

The flat is spacious (around 90 sq m) with a big open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for working from home, relaxing, or hanging out together. From the living room, you can step onto the balcony and enjoy views over the park. The building itself is behind a secure gate, so it feels really secluded and private, and there’s bike storage too.

Furnished with a bed, wardrobe. You’ll have your own bathroom across the hallway, which is currently private to you (the third bedroom is used as storage and might be sublet early next year).

We’d love to find friendly, easygoing people who love to enjoy the Peckham area and love having their own space but are also up for a chat or a glass of wine/ tee in the kitchen now and then.
