2 rooms available in our 3 bed house share just off Rye Lane. Just a ten minute walk from Peckham Rye train station. Bills not included (often come to £120pp a month). I’m the current flatmate looking who will be staying for another 12 months. I’m a 25 year old male who works 9-5 in the music industry, I’m a sociable person who loves music, film, f1 and always up for a pub trip.

Both rooms are for a single occupant. Ideal for friends as the rooms share a floor and a bathroom. They are on the top floor of the house and have velux windows so plenty of light. Both rooms have built-in closets. £1058 deposit required per room.

Room 1: £925pm part furnished room on the top floor. Large double room.

Room 2: £900 unfurnished room. Large double slightly smaller than room 1.
