Subletting my bright and sunny bedroom in Peckham for 3 months from the end of October (flexible) until end of Jan, whilst I go travelling.
The room is a decent size and would come furnished with bed, desk, drawers and a built in wardrobe.
You’d be sharing with 2 lovely girls Katie and Sasha, both in their late twenties. Looking for a friendly housemate 25+ that wants a nice balance of doing their own thing and hanging out with the gals at home.
Amazing outdoor space, lovely communal areas and a great location just 10 min walk from Peckham Rye Station. It’s a very peaceful location set back from the main road, we have great relationships with our neighbours, and it’s just a 2 min walk from Nunhead.
Would be willing to offer discount for 2 months paid upfront but looking to fill the room for the full 3 months. Looking to fill ASAP!!
