Huge garden-facing double (approx 4m x 5m) in an owner-occupied flat right next to Peckham Rye Park. We’re away most weeks, so you’ll have the run of the place most of the time.

Full access to the living room, solid-wood kitchen with granite tops, and a private garden with back-gate bike access. Private parking. Bills included. Couples welcome. Smoking in the garden is ok. Pets considered (sorry, no cats — we have a large, friendly dog who visits some weekends).

Oak floors, calm view onto the garden, good storage. Kitchen kit: gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer & dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Hyperoptic full-fibre installed and great for WFH.

We’re a relaxed, considerate couple; we drop in occasionally at weekends and are looking for someone (or two) who’ll make it a home and look after it. Minimum stay 6 months, no maximum. Move-in date flexible.
