Double room + own bathroom

My best friend has gone and met the love of her life and for some reason is moving out of our two bed flat the end of our tenancy on November 18.

Good news is that I now have a lovely and bright furnished room with access to your own balcony and bathroom. In the pics the chest of drawers on the left of the bed, the white chair and plants don’t come with the room but everything else does.

As for the rest of the flat the pictures do the talking. Fourth (top) floor flat, wrap around balcony - for those long summer evenings and a stunning view over London. (Any questions just ask)

We’re located 100m from Peckham Rye Park (basically our garden in summer), a short walk to Nunhead and East Dulwich and a 15 min walk to Peckham Rye Station where you can get trains to:

• London Bridge and Victoria (10min)

• Kings Cross (24min)

• Overground (Windrush Line) - Clapham Junction (22min), Dalston Junction (33min)

And me - I’m a graphic designer originally from Sydney but have been in Peckham for the last 8 years. A million interests but the current main contenders are making jewellery, cycling, food and going to Fold/Unfold. Normally WFH 2 days a week - happy for you to wfh as much as you need.

I’m hoping to find someone that knows the value of a nice place to come home to. Someone that is happy with their own time but also up for the occasional hang out, adventures, the pub etc. Basically someone that I’d be friends with.

Rent is currently £1318 all bills included (electricity, council tax, internet, tv license). Deposit £1100
Will be starting a new contract starting November 18th but move in date can be flexible/discussed
