Looking to fill a room in a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a prime Peckham location with a great garden for those summer BBQs. The room is £987ppm excluding bills. 3 minutes to Peckham Rye station and right by Bellenden Road so you are right in the thick of it, but on a lovely leafy residential road.

The room is large sized and lovely, with wooden floorboards & 2 big windows. There is ample space for a desk and other furniture in the room so WFH is very doable. Furniture wise technically this is an unfurnished property but communal areas are very well kitted out. Our previous flatmate will be leaving the wardrobe for no extra cost, but you will have to furnish the rest.

Your housemates are two girls - Ella (25) and Charlie (26), both in full time work, and are looking for someone who is laid-back but also clean and respectful. Keen for someone who is up for socialising & having a laugh but also has a separate social life. Keen for another girl, no couples (sorry) and no pets.

You can apply for parking permit on road outside flat through the council. House has all essentials like dishwasher & washing machine.

Bills come to around £130-150 a month (depending on the time of year with heating costing more in winter) including broadband and council tax. Deposit is approx £800 (will double check with our landlord).
