Room available in spacious 2-bed Peckham flat

We have a room available in our spacious 2-bed flat on Rye Lane. The room is a good size and fully furnished, and there is a spacious combined kitchen/living room with lots of windows which give a bright, lofty feel. There is a desk and computer chair in the kitchen for working from home (can be moved to the room if preferred). We also have access to a shared terrace.

The flat is opposite Peckham Rye Station so very well connected with quick direct trains to Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge, Farringdon, and the Windrush line (Clapham-Dalston). There are also lots of great bus links just outside the flat.

The local area has everything you need, there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs, roof top bars, cinemas, parks, and various shops.

You will be sharing with Olly, who is 28 and has lived in the flat for past year and a half. He’s very friendly and easy going, always happy to hang out for food or drinks or just watch tv at home, but also considerate of peoples space and alone time. He works in the office most days during the week, so you’ll have the flat to yourself a lot of the time.

Rent is £1050 per month plus bills. You will be taking my room, the current contract is until 26th June but can be renewed for another year. I am moving back home so the move in date is flexible, but will be dependent on processing with the estate agents.
