Hi! Sadly our housemate is returning home to Australia which means we are looking for someone to take over her room in a friendly Peckham house in December (can be flexible)!
The house is realllly spacious, light and airy, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers (1 has a bath). The house is in a perfect location on a quiet street, just minutes from peckham rye, and with hotspots like franks, peckham levels, peckham plex and bussey building literally around the corner.
Being so close to Peckham Rye station makes transport really easy, and there's also plenty of space to store bikes inside. The house has a huge living room, a separate dining room which can double as a makeshift guestroom, a big kitchen with all the bits and bobs, and a lovely garden.
The room you would be taking is a great sized double room which comes with a huge wardrobe, the rest come as furnished or unfurnished, whichever works best for you.
You will be sharing with 4 lovely housemates - a couple in one room (male and female), and two females making up the other two rooms. The current housemates are looking for someone who can help make the house a home :)
