Bright and cosy double room in a shared house

A bright and furnished double room is available in our warm and friendly house share.

The room gets lots of light, with big windows and high ceilings. There is a spacious and light open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking and hanging out. We also have a large roof terrace, which is great for the summer and having friends over for drinks.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the shops/cafes and restaurants on Bellenden Rd and a 5/10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station and Rye Lane. Camberwell and Denmark Hill is also walking distance away. We have lots of parks close by, including Peckham Rye park, Ruskin Park, Burgess Park and Dulwich Park.

I initially moved into this house share via spare room and my housemates quickly became good friends. I have been living here for over 3 years! Hoping to find a relaxed and sociable new housemate to take my place :)

Council tax band is D. All bills (council tax, electric, gas water, WiFi) usually add up to around £100 a month (often less in the summer).

Flexible move in date - keen to find someone to fill the room in December, but would also consider early Jan for the right person.
