Bright room in Peckham Townhouse

Hi everyone,

We have a lovely room going in our 3-bed flat, which is only a 5 min walk from Peckham Rye station.

The current housemate is planning to move in with her partner, and we will very much miss her. We are a sociable, chill, and clean household - we appreciate our own company, but also looking for someone we can actually be friends with! Ideally, we are also looking for a woman to join us.

Who you’ll be living with:

Kate works for a media platform and is a freelance writer. You can usually find her at art exhibitions, finding a cat to stroke, reading or painting, and bragging about her Vinted bargains.

Daisy works in brand marketing for luxury brands. You can usually find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, finding a new design/ craft project, or seeing her sister who lives down the road.

The rent is £920 per month, and includes WiFi and Council Tax. Other bills total around £30 per month. There is also no deposit.
