This property is situated in a culturally diverse part of Southeast London with lots of amenties very close by.
5 mins from Peckham Rye station and around 10-15mins walk to East Dulwich station.
The area have lots of eateries and entertainment spots for those who like to enjoy a night out nearer to home.

Morrisons, Tesco, Lidls and Mark & Spencers (M&S is about 10mins walk away) the other shops are close by.
Lots of Parks for exercise if you like to be out and about for a jogg or run.
Despite the hustle and bustle of this vibrant area, the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe.
The person wanting this room should be employed, outgoing but not over-bearing, like to mix but also enjoy being in their own space.
Must be clean and tidy and a non smoker/vaper.
We are vegetarian/vegan but welcome meat eater.
