Double room available in Peckham

Hello,
we are Júlia and Rowena, and we are looking for a new flatmate to take over a double room from the 9th of May (flexible) in our house in Peckham Rye.
Rent is £675 plus bills, usually around £120 a month. Deposit is one month of rent.
Rowena is a producer in the arts industry, Júlia is a librarian, writer and editor/translator. We are both in our thirties and with the proverbial busy independent lives, but we also really care about maintaining a warm atmosphere in our home; we like to chat about what we're reading, watching, listening to - sometimes accompanied by a nice glass of wine & a good whisky.
We enjoy having friends over for dinner every now and then, but mostly we like to come back to a quiet and tidy place - so a clean person who keeps the partying outside;) is a must.
The house has lots of communal space: a living room with a separate dining room, a big kitchen, a garden, plus lots of storage and an attic. Peckham Rye station is only a 7 minutes walk away, and Bellenden Road is even closer, with lots of nice pubs, cafes, vintage shops.
