Spacious double bedroom with ensuite

I am moving back to London after some time away traveling, which ended up in me becoming a yoga teacher and then randomly inventing some cool IP and starting a tech-business.

The house is beautiful. Its newly renovated, it has a very large kitchen, downstairs toilet, pantry, garden, an open dining room and sitting room as part of the shared space. (Cleaner comes weekly). All the bedrooms in the house have ensuite. There is internet and tv aerials in the rooms (+ a satellite dish) on the roof, which are both fully furnished. The house as a whole is 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom. I was originally going to be renting to one person, but am now looking for a second as the house is huge and the more the merrier. There is a choice of either of 2 rooms.

The location itself is also perfect - we're literally in the middle of everything and surrounded by parks. It is 8 mins walk to East Dulwich and 10 mins from Peckham Rye stations. You can get to London Bridge in 20 mins, canary wharf in 25, Victoria in 30 mins and shoredich also in 30 mins. There is also a gym and pool 3 mins walk.

As a heads up I have a small female staffy thats incredibly well behaved and trained to be a service dog. Also- massive cuddle monster.

The house is currently rented out to 4 awesome tenants, i am really sad about having to ask them to leave. But with what the government has done to mess about with housing contracts and where my business is at it felt like the universe was willing it.
