Double room in large maisonette

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a large maisonette in Peckham Rye for 5th July.

This would be a tenancy swap so we’re looking for someone who can pass the referencing checks and is ideally looking for a long-term home!

The maisonette is spread over 3 floors, with a large kitchen and bathroom and very cosy living room.

The area is amazing, 5 minutes from Peckham Rye common, 10 minutes to Peckham Rye station and close to both Rye Lane and East Dulwich for shops and restaurants.

The room is a good sized double and is very quiet as it’s on the middle floor of the house, and doesn’t share a wall with the other bedrooms. It can come either furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers - or can be unfurnished if preferred.

You would be living with Oscar and Ella, both 30-31 and who are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate around the same age. This is also a LGBTQ friendly household and we’re looking for someone likeminded and respectful to others.

As I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the tenancy, it’s important you’re employed and can supply 3 months of payslips to pass the referencing checks. The deposit would be held in the deposit protection scheme.
