We have a lovely modern double room available in our fantastic flat. Both the flat and the room comes fully furnished, the room is well furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, tables, chairs, etc. We do NOT provide all the bedding such as (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Our kitchen is beautiful and comes fully equipped, including microwave, two fridge/freezers, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc.

The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with great high-pressure showers and toilets. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner visits once a week to clean all the communal areas.

We are looking for people who would appreciate living in well decorated, tidy and clean surroundings.

We are just a short ten-minute bus ride from Elephant & Castle (via bus nr:363). The bus stop is located just two minutes from our front door.

The flat is situated just next to the Burgess Park - which is possibly one of the best green spaces in South London, after having been completely redeveloped.

Rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax) and wireless broadband internet and cleaner (communal areas).

Just outside the park you would have at least seven choices of buses going into Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1) and London Bridge.
