Double Room in a cute flat

Heyy so we’re looking for a new flatmate to share this cosy and well kept space.

The Space
It’s a double room in a spacious 3 bed not far from the station. The place has two living spaces, as well as a terrace area. Were a supporter of no big light household 🧘‍♂️ And have tried to keep plants alive, but seems like all odd are against us. You'll be sharing the bathroom one person, myself, as the other room is a en-suite.

The area
It’s located just 5 mins walk from Queens Road Peckham station, and 8min from Peckham Rye station. You can get trains into London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, and Shoreditch in 8min-20min

We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, clean and tidy xoxo Open to gender, race, sexual orientation.

Our previous flatmate recently moved in with her boyfriend, so we're replacing a much-loved member of the household, and it would be nice to keep the gender balance, but open to anyone who is a good fit.

Us
Living with myself and another creative professional. Friendly and easy going, down to hang out but also equally respect each other spaces. A classic cliche.

Other bits
The place is inclusive all utility bills, gas central heating, wifi, furnished. Free locked bike storage. Free on road parking.

The place is 6 month at the moment, but may be available for longer term. Months are negotiable (landlord Ty is open for a convo) - rolling contract. No deposit.
