About us & the room

We're Amy, Dave and Olly, three professionals looking for a fourth to join us long-term in our Peckham house.

Amy's a child psychotherapist who's into yoga, art exhibitions and live music. Dave's a solicitor who plays football and spends his weekends between the gym and whatever festival he's managed to get tickets for. Olly works in sports sales, plays cricket and hockey, and is a regular at the pub with mates.

As a house we're a good mix, sociable when the time's right but very much independent the rest of the time. Nobody's going to knock on your door expecting a flat meeting, but there's always someone up for a drink or a spontaneous evening out. We like to think it works pretty well.

The room
The room is at the top of the house, a large, bright king-size double with a patio window and Velux, giving you loads of natural light and your own little slice of sky. It comes unfurnished so you can make it properly yours. Bills are on top.

The house
We're in a beautiful four-bed Victorian terrace on one of the most sought-after roads in Peckham, just off the Bellenden Road area. The house itself is brilliant, a huge open kitchen and dining room that's the heart of the place, a separate living room, utility room and a lovely garden. Plenty of space to spread out and actually feel at home.

The area
If you know Peckham, you'll already be sold. If you don't, you're in for a treat. One of London's best food and drink scenes right on your doorstep, from brilliant independents to some seriously good restaurants and bars. Peckham Rye Park is around the corner, with parkrun every Saturday morning if that's your thing. And transport is great, quick and easy links into central London or east, so you're well connected wherever you need to be.
