Big and bright double room in Peckham/East Dulwich

I’m moving in with my boyfriend and my large double room in our lovely house is available from the 13th of August - although I am flexible to move out earlier - happy to discuss!
The room has plenty of space and there are two separate windows so there is lots of light.

We are looking for a friendly female to take the room (room 2 in floor plan)
Room is £900 per month
Bills around £130 per month
Council tax band B

In the house, there is a large living room, kitchen, shared bathroom (between 3 girls). Lots of space. The house is comfy, friendly and a nice place to live. We all get on and catch up, spend time together but also do our own thing :) I've had the best time living here and hope to find a great flatmate that will get along with the two girls in the house (Rhea and Megan).

The flat is right between East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations, both around 10 mins walk away.

The landlord and agent are very responsive and helpful. Works are always done quickly and we feel well looked after by them!
