Double room for rent

Hi,

I've got a big double room to let for the summer in a quiet street close to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations. Great rail links to the City and Victoria (much more likely to get a seat than on the tube).

The flat has been completely renovated with new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, second toilet, windows etc. The flat has got all the usual mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher, freeview tv and broadband. It also has the shared use of a garden.

The room comes with a large double wadrobe, with a full legnth mirror and a double bed.

It's a nice area with some great pubs just down the road as well as being close to the green spaces around East Dulwich and Peckham Rye.


I'm looking for anyone that is easy to get along with and happy to make themselves at home. My current flatmate is moving out towards the end of May as she's relocating for a new job.
