I’m English, 40 years old, young at heart and I like to think I’m fairly chilled! Work as a finance professional in Central London. I prefer to work from the office so am rarely at the house.
The house is located on Danby Street in Bellenden Village with great pubs, shops and cafes and lots of new highly rated restaurants.
5 mins walk from Peckham Rye Station and 10 mins walk from East Dulwich stations (Both zone 2). Peckham Rye to London Bridge station or Blackfriars takes 12 mins by train.
£1295 PCM incl bills (except for elec and gas which will be shared)
Or smaller room at back of house £1000 per month incl bills (except for elec and gas which will be shared)
Available for short term let from Feb onwards
