Large double room in 2-bed flat, Peckham

I'm moving out into my own place so looking for someone to take my large double room in a two-bed Peckham flat share.

The move in date is mid March. The contract is due for renewal on March 18. It's a one year rolling contract with a six month break clause.

Emma my current flatmate is a writer and is looking for someone easy going. Ideally someone who wants to share the odd meal and a glass of wine at the end of the day, rather than just renting a place to sleep. Anyone interested can come round and meet her for coffee to see if it's a fit.

The bedroom has a double sliding door to the balcony with a snazzy view over the City of London (photographed terribly in these pics).

The bedroom furniture is all mine, so technically comes unfurnished, but happy to chat if you need a bed.

Sorry, no pets or couples.
